Nashville, Tennessee:

       • Arrival – August 2, 2021

       • Departure – August 9, 2021

Airport: Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Covid Considerations

  • As we all know, COVID has posed many challenges to travel. Restrictions and regulations are continually changing. This following information is current as of May 18, 2021 and will be updated periodically as circumstances related to the pandemic change. Nashville is completely open for visitors and has minimal COVID restrictions at present time. Last week the Governor of TN lifted all mask requirements for the state of TN. However, students who prefer to wear a mask for personal protection are welcome to do so. A COVID test and/or vaccine is NOT required to attend the Nashville ITW.
  • For the health and safety of all involved, please do NOT travel to ITW if you:
    • Within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others;
    • Believe that you may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for your treatment.

ITW Uniform Guidelines

General Guidelines

The idea of a uniform is to be uniform. In past ITWs some students have tried to be very “creative” in establishing their own identity or style. However, this has sacrificed the uniformity that we are trying to achieve. This is not a special meeting… this is Intensive Training Week!

NOTE: No jewelry of any kind is to be worn during the ITW, including wedding rings. Sleeves are to be worn below the elbow.
